ljbdt Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ljbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the ljbdt website, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available through the platform to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing or using any part of the ljbdt platform — including browsing the site without registering — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. ljbdt reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Who May Use ljbdt

Access to and use of the ljbdt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements at any time — including at the time of registration, at the time of any deposit or withdrawal, or at the time of any claim for winnings — entitles ljbdt to close the account and retain any balance in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on ljbdt.
• You must register with accurate personal information. Your registered mobile number must be one that you own and control, as it is the primary identifier for your account and for all deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ljbdt. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ljbdt or any of its affiliated companies, platform providers, or game suppliers.
• You must use the platform for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation of ljbdt's games, systems, or promotional offers — including systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of automated play — is prohibited.

ljbdt applies age and identity verification checks at its discretion and in compliance with its internal compliance framework. Players who are found to be ineligible at any stage will have their account suspended pending review, and any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

Account Registration and Security

To use ljbdt you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. Registration requires a valid mobile number and a password that you create. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your Responsibilities

• You must notify ljbdt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ljbdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access prior to such notification being received.
• You must not share your ljbdt account login credentials with any other person. Account sharing — allowing a third party to log in and use your account — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• You must keep your contact details up to date. An invalid or inaccessible mobile number associated with your account may delay withdrawal processing and identity verification procedures.
• ljbdt reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure, a notification will be sent to the registered mobile number associated with the account.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ljbdt account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification checks. Accounts that are closed while a self-exclusion is active will not be re-opened at the player's request during the self-exclusion period.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ljbdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ljbdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable at the time of the transaction, which may be adjusted by ljbdt from time to time.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ljbdt wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant mobile money provider.
• ljbdt is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile money provider's processing infrastructure, network outages, or third-party technical issues beyond ljbdt's control.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered to you, or deposits that cannot be verified as having originated from your own mobile wallet, may be refused and returned.
• Deposits made to a ljbdt account are intended for wagering purposes only and cannot be transferred to other players or third parties.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed only to the verified bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number registered to your ljbdt account. Withdrawals to third-party payment instruments are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ljbdt will process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, the volume of pending requests, and any identity verification checks that may be required.
• ljbdt reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being delayed or refused.
• Winnings that were generated through a violation of these Terms — including bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or account irregularities — are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided upon detection.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

ljbdt offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The following general principles apply to all bonuses on ljbdt.

Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

ljbdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Bangladesh player base. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible from account settings. The following conduct is prohibited on ljbdt and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ljbdt's games, betting markets, or platform systems in any way that a human player could not replicate manually.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in live multiplayer environments such as poker, rummy, or other skill-based games offered on the platform.
• Registering an account or making deposits using false identity information, stolen payment credentials, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or misconfigured game setting on ljbdt for financial gain. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected platform error must be reported to support immediately and are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Using the ljbdt platform while subject to a self-exclusion period that you have voluntarily activated, or attempting to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period.

Intellectual Property and Platform Use Restrictions

All content available on the ljbdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of ljbdt or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any ownership right or licence to use this content beyond what is strictly necessary for personal use of the platform.

You May Not

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any content from ljbdt without prior written authorisation from ljbdt.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the ljbdt platform.
• Use any data scraping, crawling, or automated data collection tool to extract information from any part of the ljbdt website or platform without prior written consent.

Game Fairness

All games available on ljbdt use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ljbdt does not control the outcome of any game directly. Game results are determined solely by the RNG systems of the respective providers and are not influenced by ljbdt, by the player's account history, or by the size of any deposit or bet placed.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments to These Terms

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ljbdt's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's account, or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ljbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

ljbdt is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party mobile payment provider outages, internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
